These terms apply to your use of pragma.do, run by Pragma Decision Intelligence Ltda., CNPJ 69.625.835/0001-33, São Paulo, Brazil (“Pragma”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is
The site describes Pragma, Signal and the way we work. It is information, not an offer. Pilots, Value Trees and any other services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site.
Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Figures and cases
The cases on this site describe real engagements with client names withheld. Figures were measured against a documented baseline, or are labeled as estimates. Results our team delivered in prior roles, before Pragma existed, are labeled as such: those companies are not Pragma clients, and that work was not done in Signal.
Past results do not guarantee future results. What a decision is worth to your company depends on your data and your operation, and is only stated in a written business case.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, code and design of this site, and the Pragma and Signal names and logo, belong to Pragma or are used with permission. You may view the site, link to it and quote short passages with attribution. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use needs our written permission.
Other company names on the site are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them does not imply that they endorse Pragma.
Using the site
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms others, or interferes with how the site works. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or collecting its content in bulk with automated tools.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
